Home of the (hopeful) Atelier Marie Plus translation project, so far housed by the lone translator (me).

About the game:
Atelier Marie ~The Alchemist of Zarlburg~ is the first game in the Atelier series by Gust. Other well-known games in this series includes the three Atelier Iris games that have been released in english for the PS2, and the Ar Tornelico spin-off series.
Atelier Marie focuses more on the alchemy aspect of the game instead of rpg battles. You play as Marie/Marlone who has 5 years to create an impressive item with alchemy. The game plays in a day-to-day schedule, where you decide what items Marie creates and what jobs she takes on from the other villagers.
Since Marie is an alchemist and not a warrior, she will often have to hire adventurers before heading outside town to gather ingredients.
The game has 7 different endings depending on your actions and achievements. You can read more detailed info about the game itself by following the links in the menu to the right.

I’ve been a big fan of Marie/Marlone for almost a decade now when a forum friend introduced me to the beautiful art. Though I can’t offer a lot I’d like to donate (or invest) into the project. If this project ever came to fruition that would be wonderful.
